Warehouse and Shipping Services
One of our most important functions here at Twenty Four 7 is to act as a buffer between our clientele and the numerous designers, shippers and manufacturers with whom they do business. Our warehouse has over 20,000 square feet of space with which we can receive, open, inspect, photograph or inventory any items that you have shipped to us.
When we work with interior designers, we act as their eyes and ears when receiving shipments for their clients, promptly inspecting all items received, alerting them of any imperfections or damages found, sending photos via email, scheduling delivery with their clients, performing minor touch-ups or repairs, and of course, safely storing everything until the installation date arrives. We make everyone’s job a lot easier by harboring shipments prior to installation, allowing designers or clients to come by and inspect their items or send additional pieces all to one location.
Our full service warehousing capabilities also allow us to act as an intermediary between clients and long distance or LTL (less than truck load) shippers. From point of pickup to final destination, we guide our clients through the entire process while keeping them abreast of any and all changes, updates, or issues that may arise. For a large or small shipment, we can pick it up, professionally and securely pack it, schedule a pickup with a long distance shipper, and keep the client in the loop with tracking updates, estimated times of arrival and delivery confirmations.
Another vital service we can offer is the receipt of large, high-volume or irregular shipments. If, for example, a client is expecting a large crated item, and it would be too impractical to receive it at their home, we can assist by receiving, unpacking, inspecting, assembling and delivering their shipment. Or, if there is a high-volume delivery that contains too many items to be sent directly to a residence or business, we can receive and organize your order prior to delivery, or bring it to its final destination in smaller installments.
Aside from receiving the personal furniture or artwork of our clientele, we can also provide an invaluable service to businesses for the receipt of all their bulky or oversized shipments. The combination of our trained professionals, ample warehouse space, top of the line equipment, as well as both dock-high and ground level roll up bay doors allows us to safely and efficiently receive almost any shipment. Whether it is crated machinery that requires the use of a forklift, antique marble or stone fixtures, or an entire storage container, by sending it to our warehouse, you can be certain that your shipment will be handled with the utmost professionalism and arrive to its final destination in the same condition in which it was received.
